Which countries does Wandertails support?
We currently support Singapore and Canada, with more countries on the way. Every route is verified against official requirements before we add it. Let us know if you need one we haven't covered yet.
How far in advance should I start planning my pet's trip?
It depends on your destination. Some countries, like Japan and Hong Kong, require 6 months or more because rabies blood tests have mandatory waiting periods. Build your checklist and we'll show the earliest viable departure date for your exact route.
How do I get my pet travel checklist?

Can my pet travel in the cabin or do they need to go as cargo?
That depends on your airline, your pet's weight and breed, and your destination's rules. Your checklist shows cabin versus cargo eligibility so you know exactly what to book.
What if my pet is a snub-nosed (brachycephalic) breed?
Many airlines restrict snub-nosed breeds, such as Pugs, French Bulldogs and Persians, due to higher in-flight health risks. We flag breed restrictions in your checklist and suggest pet-friendly airline options where they exist.
What documents do I need at the airport?
Typically a health certificate, an import permit, vaccination records and microchip documentation, though the exact list varies by route. Your checklist lists every required document, when to obtain it, and how long it stays valid. Secure document storage is coming soon on Companion.
